assalamu childhood i have been suffering from issue of undigested food particles in loose stool. Mostly i had age of 22 i consulted a senior gastroenterologist and through Barium enema x ray i was diagnosed as having Irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea.

Since then for few weeks i use to do solid stool proper formed but majority of times i do unformed water like mostly i do only twice or thrice but once a month i get diarrhea as all kinds of medicines and even tried homeopathy ayurvedic hikmat medicines used relaxant uncertainty since a medicine may make poo ideal stool formed for couple of days or a week but again issue arises and that medicine fails.i also have continuous issue of allergy and runny has become much better with age earlier i used to develop blocked nose sinusitis with pressure on still phlegm keeps falling in.a week ago i tried trinidazolefasigyn 2 g once for Gardiasis a

Issue is that there is no reason for sudden loose diarrhea watery stool.i woke up at mid pressure but no stool just wind again wokeup at 4 am and had watery stool not at all be i will have next stool at night or in afternoon sometimes strangely i have one hard all medicines ispaghol and itreefal ustakhudus of hamdard as ispaghol and itrefal did wonders few years failed again.

Please visit a good gastroenterologist to rule out diseases like celiac or Inflammatory bowel disease. You will need to do some lab tests and may require endoscopy and colonoscopy.
