Welcome, if your history is short and have physical symptoms and you have visited a physician and no response, then better to visit a qualified gastroenterologist first for a detailed history and physical examination and have some lab investigations to rule out any medical cause then you decide to visit a psychiatrist if required because it happens in chronic stress lead to psychosomatic symptoms which means symptoms are genuine but no underlying medical cause but psychological one. Thank you
