Talk to Gastroenterologist on Liver Cirrhosis Problem

Hi there i am writing in regards of my mum liver cirrhosis which was diagnosed in 2024 but now she gets symptoms like she is suffering frm weakness fatigue n her anemia is high taking lactulose for bowl movement but hardly able to move 1 time a day when dr needs 3 times a day just wounding if any specialist can advice me good diet n any cure for this cirrhosis as she sleep whole day n night n getting weak day by day.
