DISCUSSION: Multiecho multiplanar images as well 3D heavily weighted T2 sequences were performed along the biliary channels and images were displayed after Maximum Intensity Projection. Complementary Fat suppression coronal and axial images were additionally acquired.
Gall bladder is surgically absent and cystic duct stump is prominent. Right and left intrahepatic ducts appear normal (2.4mm each). Course of common hepatic duct (5.8mm) and common bile duct (7.6mm) appear normal. Gall bladder shows normal appearance. Pancreatic duct is not dilated. Source images also show surgically absent gall bladder and prominent cystic duct stump. Liver is minimally enlarged and multiple variable sized and variable signal intensity focal lesions randomly distributed both lobes largest measuring 52x49mm left lobe segment II. Intrahepatic biliary channels are not dilated. Spleen is also enlarged and multiple variable sized and MR signal intensity focal lesions, largest measuring 35x32mm Pancreas and spleen are of normal size, shape, MR signals and morphology, no focal lesion. Visualized part of kidneys shows multiple variable sized cysts.
Impression:
Unremarkable MRCP study.
Hepatosplenomegaly and multiple variable sized and signal intensity focal lesions, considering the H/O Ca ovary most likely possibility is metastatic lesion. Biopsy correlation suggested
