Talk to Gastroenterologist on Loose Motion And Stomach Pain
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
Suffering from diarrhea from last 4 5 months (on and off). Sometimes continues for a week especially in night (very watery and 3 4 times) stomach pain whenever eat anything.
Have this issue this in normal healthy days that I pass the stool whenever eat anything. Please guide
you have history of chronic this chronic diarrhea has multiple giving detailed history like have you any history of weight loss or is the amount of stool incresed in amount,greasy ,foul smelling ,and having history of pain improvment with passing stool.? having history of tenesmus that is after passing stool have you felt to be in washroom on comode for more period of needs a detail history then will conclude about your diagnosis or further workup
you have history of chronic diarrhea from.5 it is necessary for me that what is the type of diarrhea either small bowl or large in small bowl it will be in large amount ,foul smelling, greasy and difficult to in large bowl it will be associated with tenesmus that is more desire to sit on comode after passing abdominal pain waither it improves with passing stool or not.
having any history of depresion or not.
having any history of weight loss or fever
