Talk to Gastroenterologist on Low Pain In Lower Left Side Bally From Yesterday

Assalam o alikum sir, I hAve diagnosed that I have one kidney 2 and half years ago after a heavy pain in bally right side now after 2 and half year I just feeling little pain on right side from yesterday so kindly suggest what kind of tests which I have to do and also guide me about diet which foods I really have to avoide by profession I am civil engineer and I have to travel so diet is improper. I am attaching the previous test that I have done 2 year (CREATININE 0.6 and hEFT is 164.13). ,regards
