I am having pain in lower right corner abdomen and paing is moving above and back from yesterday 2 pm.pain in sitting and laying and moving. Swere gas problem. I had checked with doctor at ittefaq he said its apnedics. I asked the doctor abt ultra sound he said sometimes it doesn't appear in ultrasound can anyone help should i go for the ultrasound or surgery?

its difficult question ultrasound or surgery. I would like you to get your complete blood examination, urine complete examination, renal parameters and CT scan abdomen and pelvis with intravenous contrast.
