i have been suffering from mid pain in the upper left side of my abdomen and pinching chest pain, some time my lower side Of my esophagus also burns lightly my chest becomes heavy. Now a days while swallowing im feeling pain in my upper chest and i also feel pining and pain in my throat. is it due to acide reflux?

cap teph 20 mg 1/2 hr before break fast n 1/2 hr before dinner n use syp ulcanic 2tsf tds n also use milk in ur diet fruit salad n avoid coffee tea cold drinks spicy food
