Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, karachi

Its been 6 months i am suffering from this and taking medications such as sulvorid esso seroxat levopraid in different combinations.but the problem is still not resolved. I have stopped smoking from past 4 months and spicy foods also. How long does it take to heal and does smoking affect it or not. any recommendations.reports are attatched
