Aslamualaikum I had h.pylori positive before 2 month after taking antibiotic course I did again test recently now it is negative but I have different symptoms now whenever i eat something my stomach become heavier and my neck back muscles are getting tightened and I am feeling unbalanced body nervousness even I lost my weight unintentionally kindly advice me what to do
