Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, karachi
suffering from past 15 months, have consulted several doctors including homeopathic but no significant improvement. Due to covid19 i am eating only homemade food but then also the condition remains the same. soon after eating i feel burning in the upper abdomen and sometimes feeling full, on the other hand sometimes i feel okay. is it possible that H pylori test was not done right or is there any other reason?

Stool antigen for H-Pylori has a sensitivity and specificity of 95% so there are chances of false negative results in 5 % of cases

These symptoms may be due to number of reasons like H-Pylori infection may be due to use of certain drugs especially pain killers and anxiety is also one of the factor sleep deprivation leads to anxiety and depression that also leads to these symptoms
