Talk to Gastroenterologist on Multiple Bowel Movements

Assalamu Alaikum I am facing multiple bowel movements in a day for long time. Initially stool pieces were thin, yellow stools and hard passing. I used isphaghol and fibo sachet in water at night but it made morning bowel movements semi-formed and easy to pass but later bowel movements have thin yellow stool pieces with mucus texture. please tell it is constipation or IBS?
