Talk to Gastroenterologist on Nappy Rashes And Gastric Problem

My daughter is 2 weeks old and she has bad nappy rashes which have aggravated with time. We clean her with water after every poop and urine and don't use wipes. Then we dry her skin with dryer and cloth. We also apply sudocream to the rashes but it is getting worst. She also has gastric issue and passes gas with little poop with every gas and it is very frequent. We are concerned about her stomach as well. How many poops are normal for her and what to do with rashes?
