Talk to Gastroenterologist on Oesophagus Problem

i feel that something stuck into my back of throat, when eat food it feels sensation in my oesophagus and stomach like jesy k Zakham bne hue hn. Doctor give me Risek insta 20mg, Gaviscon syp. amd Nogerd 50mg. from last 10 days i am taking these med. but still something feels stuck in throat. when i swallow something it goes down then again feels there. and Zakham b mehsus hoty hn khana khaty wqt. kindly tell me what to this disease is. and how long shoukd i use these tabs. thanks
