Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain/discomfort In Stomach

It’s been 3 weeks I’m experiencing pain by pressing one point on my stomach area it is sharp when i’m pressing it with pressure and contract my abdominal muscles but when i leave it easy and then press inside with force nothing it happens when i’m resting as well like itching and slight pain comes in waves more like a discomfort someone told me it’s wither gastritis or ulcer but i’m having bowel movement once a day sometimes sticky gathered form or sometimes constipated like hard one.
