Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain In Lower Back And Lower Abdomen

I feel mild periods like pain in my lower abdomen, lower back and buttocks. My period lasts 10 days ago and taken bath. There is no viginal discharge. I feel sick sometime and feel dizzy but no vomiting. My blood pressure is normal and always want to eat spicy and salty food. I'm wondering is this a sign of very early pregnancy or not. Can I go for pregnancy test? Will altrasound confirm whether I'm pregnant or not at this stage???
