Salam. It’s been 11 months passed i had a normal delivery after that i’m facing gas issue . i’m having severe gas issue and most importantly it’s from vagina secondly from last few days i’m having pain in right hip which is leading towards my leg

Take care of your diet
increase fibers intake.properly cooked vegetables.muttin,chicken etc.
avoid beef,spices,oily,sweets,milk
regular daily walk of 20 minutes or so.
avoid prolong fasting and overeating
consider taking vitamin d and B12 for muscles pain
do an Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and urine RE and see nearby physician
