Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain In Stomach

Its been 4-5 days .i had flu & taking feeling pain in my stomach so started fiber(ispaghol type) and flagyl.i am not fully constipated but i have a pain in my stomach mostly lower side but when lye down on bed the pin comes under the ribs and side of my abdomen.i am in a city where its difficult for me to make the doctor understand my now its been more than a week i am in constant pain
