hello i 29 unmarried suffring from peptic uler from last 11 years i do vomit every food an at morning i drink water i do vomit with acid actuallly i have so much acidity and mostly with dark maroon colur blood in it and stool as well feeling so weak and feel right side pain every time from middle to right i feel pain like burning and like its is stitched inside ans somone stabe me and like green chilli i feel burning sensation and have fatty liver now as well and i eat little i feel full and belly is like baloon and i have hunger but belly is full and feel heaviness and feel little pain after meal now please help me in healing it fast
