Talk to Gastroenterologist on Piles And Constipation

After normal delivery there is severe constipation due to which there is severe pain in the anus while passing stool but there is no bleeding etc. nor any wart etc. but even after that there is a lot of pain all day long. Is it hemorrhoids in the anus? I also have a lot of gas Nursing mum of 2 months old
