I am having blood after passing stool, and then feeling pain for few hours. it's red fresh blood after the stool. also feeling pain in one side of rectum while passing stool, if its thin stool then it's not painful otherwise painful.
are these symptoms of piles or anal fissure
what should i do for it. doctor is saying for colonoscopy?
any recommendations / precautions to cure this ?

Just noticed blood two to three times in whole life, recently in last 6 months - I have noticed two to three times in gap between 3 months roughly. Not having regular blood.
At the moment I am just using medicines for constipation. that's it.
