Talk to Gastroenterologist on Piles Problem Since 2 Years

I recently contacted a homeopathic doctor for my 2 years old piles issue. He said he will do treatment and within a week my piles issue will be resolved. He did some injection treatment inside rectum. He said i have 3 internal piles and he is injecting medicine into it. I wanted to know does homeopathic doctor ever use syringe and do they have such injection treatment for piles?
