Talk to Gastroenterologist on Rectum Pain
Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, Karachi
I am facing this issue for past couple of months . My rectum pains a lot while strecthing out when a stool passes. A particular point near the upper rectum pains a lot and the pain remains for the whole day some times I noticed a lump and i feel like there is one more which isn't visible in this photo which doctor to be consulted? can this be any case of hemorhoids? What are the basic cures?

Consult as soon as possible with good gastroenterologist doctor you have clear indication for fistula nd grade 1 internal hemorides
Use gtn ointment nd movcol stool softener medicine 1 morning nd one before sleeping with water at least 8 weeks avoid high protein nd junk foods eat fruits nd salad it will heal in 2 months
If it doesn't work then surgery is required
