Aoa I wanna consult about Stomach pain which I'm facing since last few days it's not constant actually but after some duration pain is too high that can't even move, sit.....If I try to eat some bun like roti salan or any food , even drinks or fruit, start feeling stomach pain and yeah BP low too. I get recovery after while using pain killers or medicine but for a very short interval. I wanna encounter the actual aspects behind the pain plz let me know Sir/Mam
