age 28 yr, from last week right sharp abdomen pain for seconds then releived, now its dull pain on right side. uncomfort after meal , SOB after meal. fast heart beat. abd full ness. unable to eat now . constipation most time. sever headach but bp normal . tiredness fatigue sleepless. NO fever ,no chill history
