I've been experiencing an on and off stomach pains for the past three days. Notably, my stomach has been producing coffee ground-like sounds, accompanied by discomfort in the upper abdomen area. I'm 24 years old, weighing 42 kg, and noticed a little loss of appetite after eating a small meal. during breakfast time.
Should I consult a doctor for a proper check-up? Are there any potential concerns I should address?
