Talk to Gastroenterologist on Severe Abdominal Pain +nausea

Hello. This patient is diabetic and has high blood pressure, was taking all these medicines, and has now been started on the ACE inhibitor Ramipace. She took her first dose last night and woke up dizzy, sleepy and had abdominal pain with nausea. She had to start citanew in the morning but didn't because she thought it might make the pain worse.

Her GP is from another city and she doesn't have any other way to contact him. What exactly is causing the abdominal pain(which is still severe after 16 hours), and should she continue ACE inhibitor and let it wane with time or just drop it?

And if she starts on citanew isn't it going to make these particular side effects worse?
