Talk to Gastroenterologist on Severe Abdominopelvic Pain, Neck Pain, Headache And Fits Due To This Pain

Assalamualaikum our highly acclaimed laureate Doctors.... I'm a lungs TB patient for 2 months and have to complete 6 months course of it ....... it's been 2 months that I'm suffering from a severe abdominopelvic pain most probably in large intestine along with crucial pain in neck and head due to which I bear 4, 5 fits within 4, 5 hours because this large intestine pain lasts till 4, 5 hours .... I had one time blood in stool and 1 time black colour stool....

to get to know about this pain I have done abdominopelvic CT scan with contrast, but report is negative and couldn't find out the reason of this unbearable pain I had also ultrasound test which describes

"mildly dilated gut loops with visible peristaltic activity is seen but no evidence of free fluid in abdominopelvic cavity is noted"
