Hi...I have been facing severe pain in my anus from few months...it always lasted for some seconds but today it was worst.I was sitting on chair annd when it started i could not move. it was too much pain..I tried to walk but I couldn't... walking around was causing more pain. somehow I managed to get to bathroom..I tried to poop so that I could get some relief..it was very hard to poop but it has lessened the pain but it is not gone. I don't have constipation problem.

I think it's anal fissure.u should consult a general surgeon for proctoscopy or gastroenterologist
Is there any blood in stool or is your defecation painful is there any ulcer or wound or some skin tag at margin of anal opening.?

Thanks for the response everyone.
I visited senior gynaecologist yesterday as the pain was also in my pelvic areas. last month i was diagnosed with some fluid in ul de sec and doctor tols me that I have infections in that area.
So I went to gynae..she did ultrasound and told there's nothing wrong.
The pain in anal is because of the muscles as my job involves sitting 8 hours a day.
I visited ms Nusrat khan, senior doctor in Nusrat Hospital.

Also..It doesn't cause pain when stool passes. the pain is random...outta nowhere!
