Talk to Gastroenterologist on Severe Indigestion ,motions, Nausea

I have been suffering from indigestion ,motion and nausea from the 5th august , I waited for 1,2 days waiting for it to cure (while taking medicine like flygyl) it didn’t got better so I went for drip , they injected (aniriotic,antinausea,and for hydration) I did got better for an hour or 2 bcz I was severely dehydrated , but again motions started , took all medicins as per given dr it went on for 6 more days (I lost 1kg ) motions got abit better but nausea remained the same , I cnt eat spicy food ,I cnt eat thing togather , I just throw it out , I was fine from past 4 days in terms of motions , i I tried 1 tikka piece and again motions started let me know what can be the reason , my blood report is fine
