Talk to Gastroenterologist on Severe Stomach Pain And Vein Contractions In Abdominal

I am facing severe stomach pain from last 2 months, it reduces after 1 month and started again for short time in single day.I observe vein contraction (cramps) in my lower abdominal while stomach pain, notice redish veginal discharge too. I got relief after passes stool. Please guide me. I am not taking any medicine for it. PS. I am unmarried.
