Severe Vomiting Dizziness And Spinning Head

Dr my father has been suffering from severe vomiting , dizziness and spinning head since morning even he can\'t move due to this he fell down as he tries to sit or stand 
He is a diabetic patient and also have issue of high blood pressure and hepatitis but both bp and sugar level is normal 
Kindly doc prescribe some medicine because due to current situation can\'t consult to any doctor 
Is there something to worry about?

yes if there is continuously vomiting there might be electrolyte imbalance it's better to take him to emergency till then use ors and tab motilim v twice daily for 5 days

likely he is suffering from positional  him to hospital for assesment..n persistent vomiting causes electrolyte imbalance that needs to  father needs to be assessed by  take him to emergency
