Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Narowal
Assalam-o-Alaikum,
I have been suffering from severe stomach problems for the past 6–7 years, and despite trying various medications, I have not experienced any significant relief. I have undergone two endoscopies, both of which showed chronic gastritis. My CBC, LFTs, abdominal CT scan, cortisol levels, and other medical tests have reportedly been normal. I also have a thyroid condition.
My condition has significantly affected my daily life, and I have experienced considerable weight loss. I frequently suffer from severe burning sensations and pain in my stomach and chest. I find it very difficult to eat or drink because even small amounts of food can trigger discomfort. After eating just a little, my stomach feels completely full and heavy, making it difficult for me to eat enough.
Despite consulting doctors and trying various medications, my symptoms have persisted for years, and I am becoming increasingly concerned about my health and nutritional condition.
I would be very grateful if you could review my medical history and test results and guide me regarding the most appropriate next steps in my treatment.
