Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach And Colon Issue

Went in for an endoscopy and found out that I have a stomach wall compression, did ct scan but it didnt show anything but there is a mass in my stomach in the lesser curvature and its palpable. Ct scan says its compression kindly tell me if its cancer so which stage is it? And it also shows colitis what should i do about this? Should i consult an oncologist for this? I have symptoms of loss of appetite and indigestion.
