yesterday i ate from outside which was a bit spicy and from today morning i am having mild 100 fever and stomach cramps, i have taken entamizole syrup but no significant progress. currently taking espra and ganaton because i have gastritis from 2 years which is now settled but medicines are continued. kindlu suggest something for stomach cramps and this fever.
