Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach GERD Or Bacteria? Cant Eat Or Drink

I went for work to Mauritania, Africa in Dec-Feb 25, there i ate something from ourside which caused severe vomiting and weakness. I went to hospital there who gave me omeparazole, electrolytes and some meds for eating like omecid, ors , onset. After some time symptoms reduced, and i traveled back to Pakistan. Here i consulted a doctor which gave me a quick look and prescribed selanz, neoprad and ulcocid. i took them for 7 days, got frequent bloating, burping and nausea. I again went to emergency when i started having breathing issues and the doctor prescribed novidat/entimazole ds, onset and esomeprazole. After taking them for three days, my breathing issue resolved. But i still feel moderate nausea and full, cant eat/drink much as i vomit out. i have a cold sensation in my stomch and my stools are infrequent. Please advise what can be done further, i suspect some infection or need antibiotic. I did the hpylori blood test before the first consultation, which was negative. And also b

i have used qarshi renex and a peppermint oil from a local hakeem, both were effective in treating anorexia , burping and gerd. Now my symptoms are reduced by 80% , i still have persistent nausea and mixed stool

Most proabable IBS ho sakta ha but i have no stress and also took vitamin test recently my b12 is low, folate is low, others like iron zinc are ok, i suspect SIBO but there is no diagnostic test in lahore for this. so i believe i have sibo/ibs but i need treatment for recurrent nausea and stomach upset

I know most of patient said yes but they dun take appointment coz they think Drs are seeking for money but they are sincere with their patient one o n one talk men patient clearly APNA problem bta sakta Hy otherwise rest depends on patient otherwise I have no issue to prescribe medicine here
