Aslamualekum, I have been facing stomach problem for last 2 years, It comes and goes off. But sometimes it just disturbs me fully making me dull and lazy. 1 year ago I go through regular examination on stomach and found that I have H-Pylori. Doctor from sheikh zayed hosp gave me medicine to kill that bacteria. But that didn't help me alot and I have make my food intake very limited. Now I am facing a bit different situation in which i can sometimes feel that food is stuck in esophagus and frequently like my heart is racing (heart beat range remains normal between 60-80) but I can feel my heart beats very easily. I don't know what the problem is it. Can any help me out.

Usman Javaid Sir stool is properly coming, But sometimes if I use junk food or spicy things bloody piles occurs, but it is very rare. and constipation is also very frequent.

At very last time of my visit to Sheikh zayed. Doctor suggested me endoscopy. But I don't want to go through it. There would be some way to relief it with medications ?

there is surely a way there for relief with medication but for that we have to examine.you and see your blood test reports or.ultrasound report
if u have any kindly bring them.along for a detailed checkup so that we can give proper guidance and medication

Do I need ECG or anything else also so I can do it prior ? Or that heart palpitations are linked with stomach?

its is sometimes due to.constipation and gases
nonneed of ecg at the moment
