I have stomach problem diagnosed by endoscopy before 7 months 1- lower end esophagus grade B 2- gastritis reflux its this curable ? with medicine or exercise i already use pantaparazole and sulpride from 5 months after stomach problem i have anxity and take estilopram 10 mg for anxity now i don't have problem with my stomach same time I feel bed .

u need to quit smoking if doing.
reduce weight.
change in diets.
