Since yesterday i had headache, but at last night i felt pain in stomach, couldn't eat anything up to yet, today in morning, there was blood in vomiting, I'm worried after seeing this, guide me a little plz, i have taken motilium and ate yougurt only

no need to worry...
there are many reasons for blood to come with vomiting.
the most common is Ulcer which can erode with projectile vomiting and cause bleeding in vomiting...
Use Tab. Buscopan for pain relief
use PPI i.e Venza 40mg for some days
Tab.Novidate 500mg for 3 days

Don't use any chilli, red or green black for 2 months, use boiled or steamed vegetables. avoid uncooked vegetables & fruits. use baked apples. use this homeopathic medicine (Aconite 30) for 3 days
madam it all depends upon the amount of bleed if it is one or 2 spoon in quantity and came after a blenching or vomiting then you should opt for wachfull waiting but if the blood is more than that specialy of you had black stools also with it you definitely need to book an appointment for gastroscopy as evn with a bleeding ulcer you can bleed to death and secondly it can only be diagnosed by gastroscopy that what is the cause of bleed
look for an fcps gastroenterology or MD gastroenterology in your area and consult regarding gastroscopy
