am following up regarding my July biopsy results, which showed mild to moderate chronic non-specific inflammation with 100% intact villi (ruling out Celiac, H. pylori, and structural diseases).

It’s all started after pylori treatment in nov 2025

Despite using PPIs since March, my symptoms remain active: Unintentional Weight Loss: Progressive calorie loss from reduced portions. Trapped Gas & "Stuck" Sensation: Persistent abdominal gas pressure and bloating. Hard, Difficult Stools: Dry, pebble-like stools with slow transit times.

Given that these symptoms began after my January trigger and worsened during long-term PPI use, I am concerned this is SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth) causing gas fermentation and calorie loss?
