Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Issues

My husband has chronic anxiety issues because of which he has upset stomach every now and then but it gets better with medicine like flagyl and Bascopan. However, since the last 2 weeks he has upset stomach with loose motions, the feeling of not having full bowel movement, toilet sy a k bhi lagta hai k he needs to go again but stool pass nahe hota it's not constipation though. He is also gets stomach aches and is feeling very weak overall bodily and in legs and back. Please assist as we do not want to go to any hospital because of covid.
