Hypothyroidism 01 Thyroxine daily, Gallbladder removed, tried all types of PPIs and H2 blockers, anti ulcers, acid reducers, almost 10 years history of uoset stomach, poor digestion, bloating, painfull bowl movements and swear heartburn, endoscopy done 4 years before and was normal, presence of h pylori can not be ruled out, can not eat any thing so physical weakness and low hb also exists, in very poor health condition
