Dr im having shortness of breath once or twice a day and constant heart pain for like 3 months it not going away sharp pain in chest shortness of breath fear oh heart attack it is corona or its bcz of my upset stomach i cant eat full meal at once i get full very often after and hour again i get hungry idk what is happening i had no fever no cough kindly tell me why im feeling this
