Most of the time I feel pain in the upper side of the stomach. Not severe pain but burning type pain which makes very uncomfortable most of the time. While at the time burning I feel vomtings but they don't come out.

CROSS DESCRPTION

The specimen is recived in formalin coded as’D2’ and antrum” It consists of three grey white tissue pieces measuring 0.5x0.3 in agg.Entirely submitted in single cassette (SUM).
MICROSCOPIC DESCRITION:
Microscopic examination was performed.
DDIAGNOSIS:D2 and atrum:
Fragments of specialized gastric mucosa with mild chronic focally active gastritis with Helicobacter Pylori.No dysplasia noted.
A fragment of duodenal mucosa showing intact villous architecture and mild interaepithelial Lymphocytosis. Lamina propria shows moderate Lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate with scattered eosinophils,neutrephils. Giardia are absent.Negative for malignancy
