May be exaggeration / trigger of her ulcer however get an ultrasound to rule out stones /pancreatitis
While u start with cap omega 40 twice a day 15 minutes before meals

Hello dear. I can understand that must be very concerned about your mother. It is possible that has a recurrent ulcer. Which need to be trwatment with strong acid suppressant medications. I suggest you that you should start her on Cap Esomprazole 40 mg now and then half hour before meals for a total of 4 weeks. I Hope this will help her reduce her pain.
She needs check up in clinic to examine to ensure there is no sign perforation of stomach . Please take her to hospital as soon as possible when safe
She needs proper treatment for permanent solution
