Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Problem

I have a chronic stomach problem since last 3 years.. With Asthma problem.. Doctor tells me it is correlated with each other... I am using omeprazole and antacid but the symptoms tends to reappear again.. After endoscopy what you do generally with that kind of patient. Do u go for a surgery or any specific medications are there to heal this disease??
