Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Symptom

Assalamu Alaikum, could someone please advise me a better treatment for my bulging stomach which disturb me a lot while the stomach gets empty, after getting done my Endoscopy test which was clear and constantly using 40mg with bromide 40mg and movicol for constipation with some sort of digestion syp. For around one month and I'm using boiled mix vegetables yoghurt with Tandoori roti Guava & Apple, no tea coffee or something spicy or oily but the gas problem doesn't go away please suggest me that what should be done.
