Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stool Not Proper

mostly stool is not as proper as it should be like solid. some times its solid with dark brown color. some times i cough very hard like it will vomit. i avoid eating outsides. mostly eat home food. if i go on wedding and eat there the next i usually passes 3-4 stool as well. senay mi jalan kabhi hoti hai. kindly suggest
you either have infection or IBS. try isphaghol husk , it ll settle but if not than consult your doctor for proper investigation and treatment
