Talk to Gastroenterologist on Suffering From Constipation

hello doctors from 3 days im suffering from constipation, i I can't use bathroom for the past three days Going to the bathroom gives me a lot of pain ، i can't piss due to so much pain, in last 14 hours i used 20 skilex drops with milk, 6 laxoberon tablets, 2 ispaghol sachet but has no changes.. please help me to out of this situation.
