My wife has a lepro scopic surgery of uterus removal due to faboroids, last friday, her stool is not passed after surgery. Having urine passed. Solution and advice please.

if flatus is normal ,then u can give duphLac or skilax drops ,usually bowel habits normalise once solid diet is resumed
